Urgensi Pedagogik Futuristik Dalam Membangun Generasi Emas Indonesia Menghadapi Global Megatrend 2045

Abstrak

Trend global yang mencakup kemajuan teknologi, perubahan sosial, dan ekonomi memerlukan respons yang cepat dari sistem pendidikan. Tahun 2045 membawa tantangan yang tak terbantahkan dalam hal transformasi global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran penting pedagogik futuristik dalam berbagai mengatasi tantangan-tantangan pada pembelajaran abad 21 untuk membangun generasi emas masa depan Indonesia dalam menghadapi global megatrend 2045. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengeksplorasi urgensi pedagogik futuristik dalam membentuk generasi emas masa depan Indonesia dalam menghadapi global megatrend 2045. Dalam menghadapi tantangan global megatrend 2045, pendekatan pedagogik futuristik menjadi krusial bagi dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan simulasi, serta pembelajaran diferensiasi dan personalisasi membantu mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi dinamika kompleks di masa depan. Peran guru menjadi kunci dalam memfasilitasi penggunaan teknologi sebagai penghubung pembelajaran yang efektif, sambil mendorong siswa mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang dunia yang terus berkembang.
