For each publication accepted, the author is requested to pay an Article Publication Fee.  Article publication fees are used for:

1. Covers printing costs for Yogyakarta library archives and some other libraries.
2. DOI fee (article & annual fee),
3. Plagiarism check fee by Turnitin.
4. editorial process and peer-reviewed,
5. Cost of setting and layout,
6. Ideguru journal development.
