Pengembangan E-book “Kawan” dalam Pembiasaan Menyanyikan Lagu Wajib Nasional pada Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This research aims to instill character and a sense of nationalism and increase insight into the national obligatory song in elementary schools. This study focuses on the habit of singing the national anthem to students in elementary schools using the media in the form of the E-book Kawan. This research uses a design and development approach which consists of four stages, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The research subjects consisted of 55 students who were divided into three trials, namely individual trials with 10 students, small group trials with 15 students, and large group trials with 30 students. The research results obtained from the needs analysis that has been carried out, using student response questionnaires and expert validation questionnaires, can be concluded that the development of this friend's e-book received the "very feasible" category with a score of 92.5% from the expert validation results. Then, from the student response questionnaire, results were obtained of 96.1% from individual trials, results from small group trials obtained results of 93.8%, and results from large group trials obtained results of 92.6%. So it can be concluded that your e-book falls into the "very appropriate" category and can be used as a helpful medium in instilling character and a sense of nationalism.
