Peningkatan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Kepala Sekolah dalam Layanan Inklusi melalui Gandeng Gendong di Sekolah Binaan
Abstract
The background of the research on the results of supervisory managerial supervision for the month: April-June 2021 there are 4 schools with Children with Special Needs: Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Elementary School, Surokarsan 2 Elementary School, Karanganyar Elementary School, and Bopkri Bintaran Elementary School with poor inclusion services. The reasons are: 1) The school lacks students so that it accepts children with special needs; 2) The entrepreneurial competence of the principal is low. Researchers take action to guide the Principal through activities Gandeng Gendong, the goal is hoped that the school will be able to improve inclusive services so that Children with Special Needs can learn comfortably. This type of research is comparative qualitative, with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection through 2 cycles. Data collection: Principal, shadow, parents, and students. The methods: observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Classical and individual guidance. The results of the research on the entrepreneurial competence of principals in inclusive services through co-carrying cycle 1 have increased from 61.50 to 79.42. Very significant increase in cycle 2 to 85.03. In conclusion, holding hands can increase the entrepreneurial competence of the Principal in inclusive services in the target schools. Cooperate with carrying, Entrepreneurship, and Inclusion Services.
