Tantangan Sekolah di Indonesia dalam Membangun Kultur Sekolah di Era Digital: Kajian Literatur Sistematis
Abstract
The digital age is an era in which technological development is so rapid, digital technology is accessible at any time and an integral part of human life. The Internet and digital technology are vital in everyday life, because its existence affects many aspects including the field of education. This condition encourages the schools that exist in Indonesia to build a good culture in front of it. The study aims to describe how to build a school culture in the face of educational challenges in the digital age. The method used in research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA design to identify, select, and critically evaluate relevant research as well as collect and analyze data from the reviewed studies. Research results show that building a school culture that is responsive to education in the digital age requires the integration of innovative approaches such as project-based learning, the use of technology in the learning process, and learning strategies that have proven to be effective like flipped classrooms. To this goal sustainably, it requires a strong commitment from all stakeholders, including governments, schools, teachers, and industry.
