Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis Puisi melalui Project Based Learning Berbantuan Foto Keluarga
Abstract
This study aims to improve the ability to write poetry with the Project Based Learning model assisted by family photos in class X MIPA 1 students at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in the 2020/2021 school year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is carried out in two cycles. The results of data analysis were compared based on success indicators and conclusions were drawn. The results showed an increase in the ability to write poetry assisted by Toga from the first cycle with an average value of 77.36 with a moderate increase in interpretation in the second cycle. to 83.75 with a good interpretation. This increase in value is also seen in the average value based on each aspect of the poetry builder. In the first cycle there are still 5 aspects whose average score is below 75, while in the second cycle all the scores have been completed per aspect. In addition, there was also an increase in the achievement of all students' mastery results, in the first cycle of 72%, it increased significantly to 97% in the second cycle. This result exceeds the success indicator, namely "If all students who get a completeness limit score of 75 at least reach 85%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the project-based learning model. assisted by family photos can improve the poetry writing skills of students in class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta for the 2020/2021 academic year.
