Penanaman Nilai Karakter melalui Kegiatan Muqona (Muhadoroh Qobla Naum) di Pondok Pesantren Khairul Ummah
Abstract
Character is the basic value that builds a person's personality, formed both due to the influence of heredity and environmental influences, which differentiates him from other people, and is manifested in his attitudes and behavior in everyday life. This character can also be realized through muhadharah activities. According to the Arabic Dictionary, muhadharah comes from the word hadhara which means to speak or speak. So, muhadharah can be interpreted as a conversation or utterance. However, in the Islamic religious context, muhadharah has a more specific meaning. The aim of this research is to determine character development in Mukona (Muhadharah Qabla Naum) activities at the Khairul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that it is very important to develop character traits such as discipline, self-confidence, creativity, and a sense of responsibility in students' muqona activities. Through Muhadharah Qabla Naum activities, it is hoped that students will have the confidence and courage to climb the podium. Providing advice to many people and fostering a disciplined, creative and responsible attitude towards the burdens entrusted to us. And the character education strategy implemented is as follows. 1) Role model. 2) Study. 3) Cultural empowerment and acculturation. 4) Strengthening. 5) Evaluation.
