Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dengan Blended Learning pada Pembelajaran Dasar-Dasar Kuliner
Abstract
The independent learning curriculum is focused on learning that provides opportunities for students to learn in a relaxed, calm, enjoyable, stress-free and pressure-free manner, demonstrating good character and natural talents possessed by students. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the implementation of the independent learning curriculum by applying blended learning between project based learning (PjBL) and role play can create learning that is fun, relaxed, calm, free of stress and pressure in the implementation of learning in the Culinary Vocational Fundamentals subject. While the purpose of this study is the application of PjBL blended learning with role play in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in Culinary Vocational Basics learning. The application of blended learning to learning culinary basics is combining the assignment of media charts by writing down the products being sold in the form of learning materials followed by playing the role of a seller of these products. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that blended learning PjBL and role play can provide a fun, relaxed learning atmosphere but students give good learning outcomes, namely 97.22% of the number of students or 35 students get a score of 80 and above and 2.78% or 1 student gets score of 70. With a class average score of 86.39, the highest score is 90, the lowest score is 70, it can be said that PjBL blended learning with role play can be applied to learning Culinary Fundamentals of class X in the Merdeka Curriculum.
