Dampak Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh terhadap Hasil Belajar, Kemampuan Literasi Digital dan Motivasi Belajar di SMPIT Bina Bangsa
Abstract
Distance learning is an interaction for delivering learning materials conducted online. This type of learning requires the use of technology throughout the learning process. Therefore, specific skills in mastering technology are needed, such as the use of mobile phones and the internet. This study was conducted to determine the impact of distance learning on learning outcomes, digital literacy skills, and learning motivation among students. The learning method was carried out using Google Meet and Canva as learning media. The research used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Learning outcomes were measured using N-gain to determine whether there was an improvement or not. Data collection was conducted by distributing an online survey using Google Forms to assess the impact of online learning in fostering students' motivation, both in terms of learning motivation and motivation in digital literacy skills. The average N-gain score obtained was 0.77, which falls into the high category. The indicators of digital literacy skills measured in this study included three aspects: current information (the ability to search for and select information on the internet), practical and functional skills (the ability to operate technological devices, such as using a mobile phone or laptop for presentations), and proficient communication (communicating through digital technology).
