Teknik Permainan Simulasi dengan Menggunakan Media Monopoli Karier dalam Bimbingan Kelompok untuk Mengembangkan Pemahaman Studi Lanjut Siswa SMA
Abstract
The decision-making process for higher study during high school is a critical period in students' lives, as it significantly impacts their future, particularly in the field of education. A common issue faced by high school students is the difficulty in deciding and exploring higher study due to a lack of insight, knowledge, and sufficient information in career decision-making. The implementation of group counseling can help students share information about further studies among group members. Career Monopoly simulation games serve as an educational tool designed to convey career-related information through gameplay. The aim of this study is to explore the implementation of simulation game technique using career monopoly in group guidance can help students understand their options for higher study, as there are conflicting findings from previous research. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was applied in this study, resulting in 14 articles relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that the use of the technique of simulation game using career monopoly in group guidance can assist students in understanding their options for higher study. However, quantitative research is necessary to determine the effectiveness of the technique of simulationg game using career monopoly in group guidance for developing high school students’understanding of higher study.
