Determinasi Keterampilan dan Motivasi Teknologi terhadap Kreativitas Mahasiswa PGSD dalam Mendesain Worksheet Joyful learning

Abstrak

Kemajuan teknologi digital menuntut calon guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dan motivasi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Mereka tidak boleh menjadi pengguna pasif, melainkan pengembang aktif media pembelajaran yang menggabungkan unsur-unsur teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan teknologi dan motivasi teknologi terhadap kreativitas siswa dalam merancang lembar kerja berbasis pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2025, melibatkan 118 mahasiswa program Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert empat poin yang terdiri dari 17 item, yang mana 8 di antaranya tervalidasi. Analisis data menggunakan Structural  Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 20 tahun (53%) dan sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan (82,2%). Model pengukuran (outer model) mengonfirmasi validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, sedangkan model struktural (inner model) menghasilkan nilai R² sebesar 0,752 untuk konstruk kreativitas siswa, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang kuat. Analisis bootstrapping menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan teknologi (p = 0,000) dan motivasi teknologi (p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi keterampilan dan motivasi teknologi siswa, semakin besar pula kreativitas mereka dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran inovatif. Studi ini memperluas emahaman teoretis tentang integrasi antara teknologi dan kreativitas pedagogis, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan kurikulum yang merespons tuntutan era digital.
