Implementasi Pendekatan Deep Learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam) di Berbagai Negara: Systematic Literature Review
Abstract
Deep learning has become a key focus in 21st-century education worldwide, including Indonesia. This study reviews global trends, distribution, and implementation of deep learning using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach. Seventy open access articles from 2015-2025 were analyzed using the keyword "deeper learning" from the Mendeley database. Results indicate fluctuating research trends annually, with the United States leading, followed by China and Indonesia. Deep learning implementation emphasizes student-centered learning and developing 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, and character. Digital technologies, including flipped classrooms and immersive simulations, enhance deep learning application. Teacher training and effective school leadership play crucial roles in its success. The study concludes that deep learning significantly improves students' competencies to face global challenges. It recommends equal access to technology and intensive teacher training to support this educational transformation. Future research should focus on creating deep learning models tailored to Indonesia’s learning context.
