Analisis Faktor Pendorong Peningkatan Kinerja Guru SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem
Abstract
The research that has been carried out aims to prove the correlation between leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem. All 30 teachers who teach at SMK Muhammadiyah Lasem constitute the research population. The sampling method chosen in the research carried out refers to the saturated sampling technique. The sample in the research that was carried out was all 30 teachers at the Muhammadiyah Lasem Vocational School. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique applied to research. Questionnaires were the data collection technique chosen by researchers which were distributed to 30 teachers. Research findings show that leadership style and job satisfaction lie positively and are not significant to teacher performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment weakens positively and significantly on employee performance. Referring to the determination test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.829. This confirms that leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment can explain 82.9% of teacher performance, while the remaining 17.1% of teacher performance is influenced or explained outside the model created in this research.
