Peningkatan Kompetensi Penyusunan Soal Literasi melalui Pelatihan dengan Pola In-On-In
Abstract
The Education Report of SMPN 3 Mlati on indicator A.1 Literacy ability only reached a score of 2.41. While the target score is 3.00. Based on this data, it can be stated that the ability to compose literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers needs to be increased in order to improve the process of learning.This School Action Research (PTS) aims to improve the competence in compiling literacy question and describing the steps for training implementation with the In-On-In pattern in improving the competence of literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers. The form of the question is complex multiple choices. Training with the In-On-In pattern consists of three stages, namely In-Service Learning 1 (In-1), On the Job Learning (On) and In Service learning (In-2). The subjects of the study were 16 teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Mlati. This research consists of two cycles. The success of the research can be seen from two indicators, namely result and process indicators. The result in the first cycle showed that the participants who achieved/exceeded the minimum mastery in compiling literacy questions were 11 participants or 68.75%. In the second cycle there were 14 participants 87.50%. Based on the indicators process, participants who reached the minimum category of “satisfaction” in the first cycle were 12 participants or 75.00%. In the second cycle there were 15 participants or 93.75%. It can be concluded that training with the In-On-In pattern can improve the competence of compiling literacy questions for SMP Negeri 3 Mlati teachers.
