Improving Teacher Pedagogic Competence in Making Online Learning Lesson Plans through Individual Engineering Academic Supervision
Abstract
This study aims to improve teacher pedagogical competence in making Online Learning Implementation Plans. This type of research is a school action research using data collection instruments in the form of a monitoring instrument for the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan during the COVID-19 pandemic and the teacher's response instrument. The subjects receiving the action were 41 teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Dlingo. The data collected from the school action research instrument was presented in a percentage for each cycle, then analyzed to compare the data for each cycle. The results showed that the provision of academic supervision measures can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in making Online Learning Implementation Plans. The average increase in teacher pedagogical competence in making Online Learning Implementation Plans in cycle 1 was 67%, then in cycle 2 it increased to 89%. From the results of this School Action Research, it can be concluded that academic supervision can improve teacher pedagogical competence in making plans for the implementation of online learning for teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Dlingo.
