Abstract

The development of digital teaching materials has become an important necessity in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning, given the limited use of digital media by teachers and the low level of creativity and digital literacy in learning design. The Kubung Educators Teacher Working Group (KKG) program serves as a collaborative forum that has the potential to support the community-based professional development of IRE teachers. This study aims to identify the characteristics, development process, practicality, and effectiveness of digital PAI teaching materials in improving the creativity and digital literacy of teachers in Kubung District, Solok Regency. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D development model. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and tests, while data analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis and paired sample t-test statistical tests. The results showed that the digital PAI teaching materials were very interesting with a practicality level of 94.25%. The effectiveness test showed a significance value of 0.000 for the teacher creativity variable and 0.001 for the digital literacy variable, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. These findings indicate that digital PAI teaching materials are effective in improving teachers' creativity and digital literacy. The developed products have also been disseminated and recommended by AGPAI, so they have the potential to be implemented sustainably and expanded to other regions.
