Implementasi Pendekatan Deep Learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam) di Berbagai Negara: Systematic Literature Review

Abstrak

Pendekatan deep learning (pembelajaran mendalam) telah menjadi fokus utama dalam pengembangan pendidikan abad 21 di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tren, persebaran, dan implementasi deep learning secara global melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Didapatkan 70 artikel open access dari database Mendeley pada rentang tahun 2015-2025 terkait pendekatan deep learning, dengan kata kunci “deeper learning”.  Hasil kajian menunjukkan tren penelitian deep learning bersifat fluktuatif tiap tahunnya dengan jumlah terbanyak dari Amerika Serikat kemudian China dan Indonesia. Implementasi deep learning di berbagai negara menekankan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dan pengembangan keterampilan abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, kreativitas, serta karakter. Digitalisasi pembelajaran melalui teknologi digital seperti flipped classroom terintegrasi teknologi digital dan simulasi immersif berperan dalam memperkuat penerapan pembelajaran mendalam. Pelatihan guru dan kepemimpinan sekolah juga menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran mendalam memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan kompetensi siswa menghadapi tantangan global. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pemerataan fasilitas teknologi, dan pelatihan intensif untuk guru dan stakeholder pendidikan guna mendukung transformasi pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam. Prospek penelitian selanjutnya tentang pendekatan deep learning adalah perlunya pengembangan model pembelajaran mendalam yang sesuai konteks pembelajaran di Indonesia.
