Optimalisasi Mutu Guru SD Melalui Komunitas Belajar
Abstract
Education plays a vital role as the most valuable investment in enhancing the quality of human resources for national development. However, the provision of education in Indonesia still requires optimization and careful management by all involved stakeholders. Numerous challenges and factors primarily stem from Indonesia's education system and directly affect teacher quality. Therefore, this paper aims to represent the author’s analysis on optimizing teacher quality through learning communities to improve the quality of primary school education. To support the development of this article, a literature review research method is used, exploring various relevant literature sources. Through this article, it can be concluded that all components involved in improving education quality must be empowered and able to work together according to their respective main tasks and functions to develop and realize effective education that addresses school challenges. This effort is closely linked to the essential role of educational management, which is considered the heart of education in developing institutions and educational processes that are oriented toward the needs of schools and society. The success of educational institutions can be measured by their goals and the implementation of educational concepts and processes.
