LEARNING MODEL OF PJBL STEM IN MAKING ICE CREAM TRAIN CREATIVE THINKING AND ENTREPRENEUR
Abstract
This study was a pre-Experiment Design using One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Previous research shows that critical and entrepreneurship thinking oriented learning process has not been implemented in SMA Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. While those skills is crucial to prepare students in facing real life problems. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of STEM PjBL learning method to increase student’s creative and entrepreneurship skills on sulution freezing-point depression subject on its role in ice cream making. STEM PjBL learning method on the subject shows increase in student’s undestanding, shown from average 90.71 post-test score against 63.21 pre-test score with high category N gain of 0.75. STEM PjBL learning method implementation also shows the increase in student creative and entrepreneurship skills with 96.43 score.
