Pemanfaatan Website MagicSchool bagi MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila dalam Mengelola Tugas Siswa: Analisis Berdasarkan TPACK
Abstract
Mastery of technology to manage learning activity, from preparation to evaluation, is the ability that must be required for teachers in the concept of Technology Pedagogy and Content Knowledge (TPACK). Mastery of new technology, for instance, Artificial Intelligent (AI), will help the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher performance. Through this study, the researcher want to show the teachers perceptions about the use of AI technology, such as MagicSchool website, for administering student assignments. This study is a qualitative research with TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as its research instrument. From the data obtained through questionnaire distribution to the Pendidikan Pancasila teachers, it was indicated that the teachers perceptions about MagicSchool website was highly positive. The result of this study showed that MagicSchool website was very useful to help and accelerate teacher tasks (PU) with the average score of 91,6%, easy to understand and to operate (PEU) with the average score of 87.5%, enjoyable to use (ATU) with the average score of 83.3%, Additionally, teachers expressed a strong intention to continue using the platform in the future (BIU) with the average score of 80%. These results indicates that MagicSchool has fulfilled the key aspects in technology acceptance by teachers, with the result that it has great potential to be broadly integrated in learning practice. Moreover, this study also gives implication that the ability of teacher digital literacy, particularly the utilization of AI in education, needs to be improved by way of continuous training and development. Thus, AI integration such as MagicSchool is not only improving teacher performance efficiency, but also could drive learning activity to be more innovative, adaptive, and student-centered.
