Implementasi Socio Skill Project dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Murid melalui Pembelajaran Mendalam
Abstrak
Changes to high school student admission policies for the 2025/2026 academic year have led to increased student heterogeneity. This diversity is evident in the varying academic abilities, learning styles, interests, and talents of the students. Such conditions present a challenge for teachers—particularly Sociology teachers—to design instruction that equitably and meaningfully accommodates the learning needs of all students. To address this challenge, the "Socio Skill Project" was implemented; this is a project-based learning model that integrates observation, interviews, digital literacy, social analysis, and creativity development aligned with students' passions. The project begins with mapping student potential, followed by differentiated instruction, field observations, the creation of interest-based products, and learning reflection. Implementation results indicate that students became more motivated, active, and creative, and were better able to connect sociological concepts to real-life situations. Furthermore, the Socio Skill Project supports a "deep learning" approach—emphasizing mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning—thereby fostering a more profound and sustainable educational experience.
